For one, my country here is stricter than any other government. For two, no prejudice is to be felt about it- either you move far away, so FAR AWAY that nobody can ever get to you or just accept the whole thing. Anyone who watches tons and heaps or anime, or basically watches anime, would have some form of contact with KOTOKO. She's this singer who does mainly anime OPs and EDs, with the latest pair of OP and ED done for Shakugan no Shana II. Her music is mainly techno, trance and dance.
